I will give your first 50 pages a thorough evaluation. That will include a written critique, analyzing the opening scenes and overall fiction technique and make suggestions for any necessary revisions. This evaluation is designed to help you determine if your project will have a likely hood of success when you begin the submission process.
Manuscript Critique
You’ve written a novel or the better part of one and you want to know if you’re on the right track. This is the best place to begin your journey to publication. A manuscript critique will give you objective and constructive feedback on all the elements of fiction in your story, on what works and what doesn’t work and why. I won’t put comments on your pages, but will provide a detailed critique letter with an evaluation of what it will take to get literary representation as you pursue publication. The critique letter will be up to ten pages. It will include an overview of the key elements that work and don’t work, but will not be a scene by scene evaluation. This evaluation typically costs $3 a page. (A page is double-spaced, 12 point font, typically 250 words.)
